Kura Thunderhoof: Nicodemus, Brisby, Jenner
Never having used my Fire-Proof Roach before, I thought I’d have some fun with Apocalypse. Starting with the roach, I did Apocalypse and one Hiss before switching to my Flat-Tooth Calf. All that’s left to do is survive on the calf or the Icespine Hatchling until Apocalypse procs. Unfortunately, Apocalypse never happened. The Calf killed those little rats before the end of 15 rounds. So, basically, solo this one with a Flat-Tooth Calf.
Garrison: Stitches Jr.
In the past, I’ve used the Pandaren Water Spirit and Chrominius pair to beat this guy, but today I thought I’d try something different and use a couple of pets I have recently gotten to 25. My team consisted of a Dancing Water Skimmer, Eternal Strider, and a Garden Frog. I killed Stitches with just the Dancing Water Skimmer, using only Pump.
Garrison: Quintessence of Light
This flying pet has 4000 hp. The basic strategy is to use one pet to get him under 2000 hp and then to use the Pandaren Water Spirit/Chrominius Howl Bomb strategy to finish him off. I use the Emerald Proto-Whelp in slot one. He can get Quintessence under 1000 hp (sometimes can even solo it). After he dies, switch to Pandaren Water Spirit and do Geyser first round and Whirlpool on the next. Switch to Chrominius and do Howl on first round. If Quintessence doesn’t die from the Howl, the Surge of Power skill will finish it off on the next attack.
Kura Thunderhoof: Sprouts, Prince Charming, Runts
These pets are pretty easy to beat with the right match ups. I used Garden Frog against Sprouts, alternating between Frog Kiss and Healing Wave on cooldown. I used Blue Dragonhawk Hatchling against Prince Charming, just repeating Quills over and over. Finally, against Runts, I used the Clockwork Gnome.
